REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Basic to intermediate Unix/Windows knowledge * Basic to intermediate database knowledge * Basic to intermediate Middleware knowledge * 1 to 2 years of experience in operations roles, resolving first-level incidents and requests * Required English level B2 DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE: * Ticketing tools * Monitoring tools.
