We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in administrative tasks and legal knowledge, to strengthen our team and support both community management and legal department tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the accounting and administrative management of communities. * Provide telephone and in-person support to owners and suppliers. * Draft documents, notifications, and official communications. * Monitor deadlines, court dates, and legal due dates. * Follow up on files and debt collection claims. **Requirements:** * Education in Administration, Law, or related field. * Previous experience in Property Management or legal offices. * Proficient in computer tools (Word, Excel, email). * Problem-solving ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear writing. **Valued Skills:** * Experience in legal or judicial departments. * Familiarity with community management software. * Knowledge of accounting software (Delsol). * Understanding of legal procedures or debt recovery processes. * Strong communication skills. **We Offer:** * Temporary contract with potential for continuation. * Immediate start. * Positive work environment within an established company. **Working Hours:** Full-time, morning schedule. **Required Experience:** At least 1\-2 years of experience in a similar position. **Education:** Higher Degree in Administration, Law, or related field. **Languages:** Spanish and English.
