We strongly support **New Mobility, Energy Transition and Digital Transformation.** At **SISTEM**, we handle **installation, integration, test assistance, commissioning, and maintenance of signaling, communications and safety systems on High-Speed, Conventional Gauge and Metropolitan railway lines.** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage railway construction projects located in Castellón and surrounding areas. The main responsibilities include: * Support the Project Manager in achieving management-defined objectives for their projects/construction works. * Supervise project/construction progress on-site, ensuring proper execution (quality and deadlines). * Efficiently manage the assigned team by assigning tasks and ensuring their completion. * Maintain appropriate control over materials, vehicles, and tools assigned to the project/construction work. * Validate delivery notes for materials received at the project/construction site. * Prepare and/or supervise “Work Reports” and “Installation Statistics”. * Prepare and/or supervise “Inspection Point Schedules”. * Implement necessary measures to protect the safety and health of oneself and the team. * Properly process environmental management documents (e.g., waste delivery notes, certificates, periodic inspections, etc.). Required Qualifications: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity and Electronics, Technical Engineering degree, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the relevant industry. * Valid Class B driving license. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) certification / Preventive Resource (60 hours) – Construction/Metal sector. * OHS certification in Electricity (6 hours) + Railways (6 hours) – Construction/Metal sector. * OHS certification in Working at Heights. * OHS certification in Confined Spaces. Willingness to travel and availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract.
