We are a technology consulting firm headquartered in Santiago de Compostela, with offices in Madrid, Málaga, Barcelona, and Palma. With international presence in Mexico and Argentina, and active projects across Latin America, the United States, and Canada — plus our proprietary product **WICOM** — we offer a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. **Your Primary Mission:** We seek an autonomous individual capable of leading end-to-end HR processes, ensuring the company’s **legal compliance** and the **operational efficiency** of its human capital, acting as the critical link between regulatory adherence and business strategy. **Your Key Responsibilities:** **\-International Mobility:** Comprehensive management of expatriates (immigration procedures, international health insurance, and payroll). **\-Development & Training:** Annual Training Plan planning and management of subsidies via FUNDAE. **\-Operations & Compliance:** Payroll cycle supervision, coordination of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), and CAE document management. \-**Talent:** Support in Onboarding policies, Performance Evaluation, and Workplace Climate assessments. **What We Expect From You** \-Experience: **4\-7 years** in Generalist Labor HR. \-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or equivalent. A Master’s in HR or Legal-Labor Advisory is valued. \-Languages: **Advanced English (B2\-C1)**. \-Tools: Advanced proficiency in **Excel (Power Query)** and HRIS/ERP systems.
