Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect for selection, documentary and technical management, preventive and corrective maintenance, and regulatory supervision of municipal buildings. Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of preventive and corrective building maintenance 2. Preparation of technical and expert reports, and support to other departments 3. Supervision of regulatory compliance in construction and energy efficiency The purpose of this public call is the selection, through open competition, of personnel to fill one position of Technical Architect at the municipal company Gramepark, SA. Preventive Maintenance \- Prepare, update and implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan for buildings, premises, installations and common areas. \- Monitor mandatory periodic inspections (ITE, OCA, PCI, thermal installations, elevators, etc.). \- Coordinate external maintenance services (contracted companies) and verify the quality of interventions. Corrective Maintenance \- Manage, supervise and control repairs, incidents and emergency interventions. \- Issue technical reports, intervention proposals and economic assessments. \- Coordinate and monitor repair, adaptation or improvement works. Documentary and Technical Management \- Control of technical documentation: projects, certificates, licenses, legalizations, reports and intervention history. \- Preparation of expert reports and technical opinions. \- Technical support to other departments of Gramepark, SA. Other Functions \- Supervise compliance with regulations on construction, safety, accessibility, energy efficiency and environment. \- Participate in tenders related to construction works, maintenance and technical services. \- In general, all similar duties assigned. * University Degree in Technical Architecture * Building Engineering * Catalan (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2335' to '2336' * Other relevant information: Workplace: Technical Architect Professional category: Graduate Mid-level Position Type of contract: Temporary due to production circumstances (6 months) Probation period: 1 effective month of work governed by Article 14 of the Consolidated Text of the Workers' Statute. Work commitment regime: Subject to the compatibility regime applicable to public sector personnel. Gross annual remuneration: 35\.526,50 € Working hours: Standard working hours of Gramepark, SA, with flexible scheduling according to workplace requirements.
