Collaborate in resolving specific technical or user queries in accordance with organizational security policies. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain corporate servers/services, addressing changes, adaptations, and regulatory/operational compliance requirements. * Manage LAN, WAN, WiFi networks, and connectivity with external service providers. * Modify the corporate firewall, including traffic analysis and incident response, facilitating internal resolution or escalating to specialized external providers. * Configure and update equipment, both at the hardware and general software levels. * Perform and maintain inventory management, as well as registration processes for networks, servers, and devices (peripherals). * Administer and maintain corporate data backups, ensuring compliance with the company’s ICT security policy. * Monitor the corporate virtual server farm, managing its supervision and maintenance. * Collaborate in implementing and configuring corporate technology projects requiring comprehensive involvement from the Systems Department due to their scope and relevance. * Collaborate in network installations by physically traveling to operational sites and ensuring functionality there. * Provide support, resolution, or escalation of technical or operational queries, doubts, or incidents arising from tools, platforms, or technological networks available to internal and external users and clients, applicable to corporate hardware and/or software. * Manage information security, collaborate with SOC, conduct incident investigations, etc. * Resolve technical incidents and provide second- and third-level support. * Document procedures, incidents, and infrastructure changes. **We Offer:** * Indefinite full-time employment contract. * Hybrid work modality. * Onboarding at our central offices in Madrid, located on Calle Ulises. * Start date aligned with candidate availability. * Work environment: collaborative and respectful * Work-life balance * Employment continuity and professional development: enabling growth within a company undergoing constant evolution. * Continuous training, Flexible Compensation Plan, Discount Club access, and Career Development Plan. **Requirements:** --------------- * Required qualification: Higher Technician in Information Systems and Networks Administration and/or equivalent. * Valuable advanced experience in corporate antivirus management. * Valuable specialization in corporate network management and maintenance. * Proficiency with digital tools such as Citrix, VNC, HCP. * Completion of training courses related to this field, as well as complementary training promoting equality, will be viewed favorably.
