Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer for the development and maintenance of mission-critical applications in the financial sector, collaborating on solution design and optimization. We seek to hire a Full Stack Java Developer for a long-term project within a corporate environment, focused on developing mission-critical applications in the financial sector. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Development and maintenance of Java applications in enterprise environments. * Participation in the design, evolution, and optimization of backend and full-stack solutions. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary technical teams (architecture, business, and analytics). * System integration and support for the evolution of existing applications. * Participation in continuous process improvement and software quality enhancement. ### **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Java development. * At least 1 year of experience in APX and ASO environments. * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Information Technology or equivalent. ### **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of artificial intelligence or related domains. * Experience in banking environments or critical systems. * Familiarity with software development best practices and agile methodologies. ### **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** * Analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. * Teamwork and collaboration with technical and functional profiles. * Adaptability to complex and highly demanding environments. ### **JOB CONDITIONS** * Long-term project in a stable environment. * Full-time position with flexible start and end times. * Possibility of rotating on-call duties according to service scheduling. * Collaborative work environment focused on software quality.
