Welcome guests and manage their stay. Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Provide tourist information and local recommendations. Manage incidents and ensure the best possible guest experience. Collaborate with other departments. Requirements A personal vehicle is mandatory for transportation. Tourism-related knowledge. English proficiency (other languages are valued). Prior experience in customer service or reception within the tourism sector.
