Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant for tasks including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, cooking simple dishes, warehouse management, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation and maintenance of cleanliness. 2. Assisting in cooking and assembling simple dishes. 3. Managing warehouse organization and inventory control. We are looking for a kitchen assistant for a position in Cangas de Onís (Asturias). Main duties will include preparing food such as peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables, fruits, meats, and fish. It is essential to maintain cleanliness of the work area, machinery, and utensils, always adhering to food safety regulations. You will also assist in cooking and assembling simple dishes, collaborating on final plating under the chef's supervision. You will manage organization in the warehouse, refrigerators, and freezers, monitoring proper product rotation. Additionally, you will assist in inventory control and report when new orders are required. Prior experience in similar positions is valued. The contract is an indefinite fixed-term intermittent full-time and continuous contract, with salary according to the Asturias Hospitality Collective Agreement.
