Currently, we are looking to hire one sales-focused professional for our store located in Pamplona/Iruña. ***What will you do at Dormity?*** Your role will be essential in ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and tailored advice to each customer based on their actual needs. * Confident, conviction-driven, and knowledge-based sales promotion. * Budget follow-up and contribution to customer loyalty. * Ability to guide the customer through to purchase decision, ensuring an excellent experience while building trust and delivering value. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €19,392 + an attractive commission scheme resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and ongoing training on products and sales techniques, delivered by our specialists. * 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
