We seek someone who brings strategic vision, problem-solving ability, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, planning, and supervision of the implementation of telecommunications systems for railway infrastructure (e.g., communication systems, signaling, traffic control). * Analysis of technical and functional requirements for railway projects, ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulations and standards. * Management and coordination of technical teams during system development and installation. * Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects. * Active participation in defining network architectures and connectivity solutions tailored to the railway environment. * Diagnosis and resolution of complex technical incidents. * Collaboration with other departments (civil engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) to ensure optimal integration of telecommunications systems. * Supervision of project quality and adherence to execution timelines. * Evaluation and selection of technologies and suppliers. * Maintenance of up-to-date technical documentation and preparation of reports. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations throughout all project phases. * Participation in system testing and validation. **Job Requirements:** * **University Degree:** Telecommunications Engineering, Telecommunications Systems Engineering, or a related field. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Telecommunications Engineer, with specialization and demonstrated expertise in the railway sector. * **Specific Technical Knowledge:** * Railway communication systems (GSM\-R, TETRA, LTE\-R, etc.). * Railway signaling and traffic control systems. * Data networks (Ethernet, IP, MPLS) applied to the railway environment. * Railway telecommunications regulations and standards (e.g., CENELEC, UIC). * Radio communication systems. * Optical fiber and structured cabling. * Knowledge of SCADA and infrastructure management systems. * **Language Skills:** Proficiency in Spanish.
