We are seeking a person for a receptionist position, where basic user-level computer skills will be essential. Prior experience in similar roles and knowledge of foreign languages will be considered positively, although they are not mandatory requirements. Completion of Basic General Education or holding an ESO qualification will be taken into account. Main responsibilities include managing the telephone switchboard, receiving and properly distributing correspondence—including courier deliveries and briefcases—as well as welcoming visitors and providing information to the public upon request. Additional duties involve preparing facilities for opening and closing, and organizing and booking meeting rooms. A part-time working schedule is offered, with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering either morning shifts (9:00–13:00) or afternoon shifts (16:00–20:00). The contract type is temporary. As a Special Employment Center, priority will be given to hiring individuals with functional diversity or Total Permanent Disability (TPD).
