




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to provide in-person and telephone customer service, manage schedules, appointments, emails, and route inquiries within a retail sector company. Use of office tools and B2 level English A company operating in the retail sector in Siero requires a person to perform reception duties at its premises. The selected candidate will be responsible for direct customer service, both in-person and via telephone, as well as managing schedules, appointments, and email traffic. Additionally, they will be responsible for routing received inquiries and documentation to the corresponding internal departments. To perform these tasks, candidates must have their own vehicle to access the workplace, possess B2 level English proficiency, and be proficient in office tools such as Word, Excel, and email. Immediate availability is required. The position is temporary and involves a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday during morning hours, from 09:00 to 13:00. Salary conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for the Retail Sector in the Principality of Asturias.
