That’s why we need a *Process Control Supervisor* like you at Grifols SA Laboratories, a company specialized in research and development of hospital products such as parenteral solutions, enteral and parenteral nutrition formulas, and specific blood bank products. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Planning, assigning and coordinating the work of laboratory assistants, supervising performed activities. * Performing reviews of microbiological analyses and physicochemical control of environments, water and in-process samples (microorganism counts, endotoxin determination, TOC, conductivity, etc.). * Participating in document management and deviation handling. * Monitoring processes, interpreting data and making decisions according to general instructions—and consulting supervisors when necessary. * Ensuring proper equipment operation (calibrations and verifications) and availability of required materials to carry out activities. * Liaising with equipment technical service providers, suppliers, etc. * Participating in departmental staff training for activity execution. * Ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Hygiene and Environmental standards. **Who You Are** To perform this role successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily fulfill the responsibilities listed. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education and/or abilities required.
