Subcontractor and supplier coordination We are seeking personnel to supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites in Oviedo (Asturias). Key responsibilities include managing work teams, monitoring physical progress of the project, and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, preparing daily progress reports, monitoring staff attendance, and identifying deviations to propose on-site technical solutions. A technical or professional qualification in Construction is required, along with prior experience as a construction site supervisor or foreman, and knowledge of blueprint interpretation, construction standards, and construction processes. Familiarity with quality, health, and safety regulations is also required. This position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract with a gross monthly salary of 2\.800 euros.
