Main responsibilities include customer service, telephone call reception, and managing notifications and incidents that arise. The candidate will also handle various administrative tasks and use specific computer software relevant to the activity. Proficiency in office tools such as Word and Excel is required. Previous experience in similar positions—especially customer-facing roles—is considered a strong advantage. We seek a responsible, organized individual with the ability to efficiently resolve problems. This position offers an indefinite-term employment contract with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Working hours will be flexible, specifically from 9:00 to 14:00. Remuneration will comply with the collective agreement for offices and professional practices in the Principality of Asturias.
