Opportunities for professional development and continuous training **Job Description** -------------------------- As a Procurement Technician at Ribera Salud, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper supply of medical materials and equipment required for healthcare operations, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout the procurement process. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Operational procurement management: placing orders, ensuring continuous supply of materials and equipment, and controlling inventories in the central warehouse and sub-warehouses. * Negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Document control and processing of delivery notes in accordance with internal procedures. * Incident management and identification of alternatives in case of stock shortages. * Preparation of consumption reports and support in price review activities. ### **Requirements and Academic Profile** * Education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Administration/Logistics or a medium-level university degree (e.g., Business Administration and Management, Business Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields). * Experience: 1–2 years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management; experience in the healthcare sector is highly valued. * IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., BC/Navision or similar). ### **Competencies and Skills** * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Strategic vision and orientation toward operational excellence. * Ability to solve complex problems. * Attention to detail and strong organizational capability. ### **What We Offer** * Join a leading healthcare group with an innovative and internationally recognized management model. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training, totaling over 120,000 hours annually. * A collaborative work environment promoting work-life balance, equality, and well-being. * Physical and emotional health programs, as well as economic benefits and labor flexibility through Ribera Life. * Permanent employment contract offering job stability and a focus on employment quality. ### **About Ribera Salud** We work to improve people’s health and well-being, with a firm commitment to ethics, care, and transformation of the healthcare system.
