We are seeking a professional for the Quality Department in Cambados. Main responsibilities will include inspection of raw materials and final products, ensuring that all meet specifications. It will be essential to verify compliance with hygiene and cleaning standards for both personnel and facilities. In addition, supervision will ensure that all actions align with HACCP preventive measures to guarantee food safety, in collaboration with the entire team as directed by the department. Process controls will be managed, including metal detectors and gas analyzers, as well as labeling. This includes training staff in food safety, Food Defense, and environmental matters, as well as document management, tracking of non-conformities and complaints, and support during audits. The contract is a full-time temporary position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Technician, preferably in the food sector. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. * Degree in Biology, Vocational Training in Quality and Food Industries and/or equivalent.
