Summary:
This role involves performing wind turbine blade repairs, ensuring safety compliance, preparing technical documentation, and participating in project coordination.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Perform blade repairs in accordance with technical instructions, standards, and guidelines.
* Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, protocols, and industry standards.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive repair reports and other required technical documentation.
* Ensure the accuracy of time tracking and reporting for all working hours and project tasks.
* Operate and manage company vehicles, including vans, as needed.
* Conduct daily toolbox meetings with all relevant on\-site technicians to ensure alignment and safety.
* Participate in and follow up on project meetings both on\-site and remotely (via Google Meet) in coordination with the back\-office.
* Follow\-up on delivery and shipping coordination, control, registration, and approval of arriving goods.
**Requirements**
**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Experience in the inspection and repair of wind turbine blades from various leading manufacturers
* GWO Basic Safety Training
* You have valid medical certificate
* Minimum blade B / Basic blade repair certificate
* Driver’s license cat. B
* Fluent English skills are required
* You must be a European Passport holder to apply
**PREFERRED, BUT NOT MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:*** Certification in Personal Safety when Working with Epoxy and Isocyanates
