Job Summary: Experienced bricklayers are sought to join a construction team, performing various building tasks and blueprint interpretation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Construction of partitions and walls using various materials 2. Preparation of formwork and concrete pouring 3. Fundamental interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications Two experienced bricklayers are sought to join a work team in Franco, Asturias. Main duties will include construction of partitions and walls using different materials, as well as preparation of formwork and concrete pouring. Plastering, skirting, and installation of floor coverings—including tiling and laying solid floors—will also be performed. Mortar preparation, accurate material calculation, and ensuring tools are ready will be required. Interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications will be essential for correct execution of each task. A minimum of one year’s experience, a valid Class B driver’s license, and basic training in occupational risk prevention and bricklaying are required. The position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract, with a split working schedule from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. Remuneration will comply with the Collective Agreement for the Construction Sector in the Principality of Asturias.
