We offer you a positive and collaborative work environment, where you can develop your skills and reach your full potential. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate, execute, and monitor the end-to-end strategic procurement process for machinery and related operational commercial support, through bid comparison, analysis of product and supplier characteristics, negotiation of terms (economic, quality, and service), and technical\-commercial advisory, in order to ensure capability provisioning, policy compliance, alignment with commercial objectives, and traceability of decision-making. **FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED:** * **Planning and Analysis** + Analyze purchasing and investment needs (Capex). + Prepare comparative analyses and support medium/long-term planning. * **Supplier Negotiation** + Negotiate framework agreements (pricing, terms, service, warranties). + Ensure optimal quality\-price ratio and compliance with standards. * **Procurement Management** + Manage machinery orders (new and used) at national and international levels. + Compare bids and track progress until delivery. * **Control and Documentation** + Guarantee traceability of the entire procurement process. + Maintain systems and associated documentation up to date. * **Incident Resolution** + Manage incidents related to orders, transportation, or invoicing. + Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers. * **Continuous Improvement** + Analyze the supply chain and propose improvements in cost, quality, and lead times. + Participate in area optimization initiatives. * **Technical\-Commercial Support** + Provide advisory on machinery configuration. + Prepare technical comparisons to support commercial decisions. * **Market Analysis** + Study trends, pricing, and brands. + Coordinate equipment demonstrations and trials. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Academic education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent * Additional training: Training in negotiation skills * Required experience: Minimum 3\-5 years in positions with similar characteristics/responsibility **HARD SKILLS** * Languages: English, minimum required level B2 * Software and applications: SAP knowledge, Microsoft Office suite * Other technical requirements/competencies: Market knowledge and familiarity with equipment manufacturers At GAM we value talent, dedication and team spirit.
