Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support the chef, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and collaborate in the preparation and development of daily menus at a residential care facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct support in the kitchen and food preparation 2. Maintenance of cleanliness in work areas and utensils 3. Active collaboration in the development of daily menus We are looking for a kitchen assistant for a residential care facility in Siero (Asturias). Main duties will include providing direct support to the chef, maintaining cleanliness across all work areas, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and carrying out food preparation tasks. This includes washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and produce, as well as actively collaborating in the development of daily menus. A valid driver's license is required to access the workplace. Prior experience in meal preparation for collective dining settings will be considered an asset. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, under a temporary employment contract. Salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
