Job Summary: We are seeking staff to support residents in daily activities, personal care, and promoting their autonomy, while planning social activities and monitoring their condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in residents' personal care and autonomy. 2. Plan and supervise social and recreational activities. 3. Attend to and ensure the safety of residents. We seek personnel to collaborate with residents in daily activities, supporting them in personal care and fostering their autonomy. Duties include planning and supervising social and recreational activities together with other professionals, as well as attending to and monitoring residents' conditions, ensuring their safety. To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold one of the following qualifications or equivalent: Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Nursing Assistant Care, CFGM in Care for Dependent Persons, or Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with weekly rotating shifts: morning (08:00\-15:00\), afternoon (15:00\-22:00\), and night (22:00\-08:00\). Candidates unable to work night shifts will also be considered. Salary and conditions follow the VIII State Framework Agreement for Dependency Care Services.
