Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to organize personnel, verify production schedules, resolve on-line incidents, and supervise procedures within a dynamic industrial environment. Our values — **Quality, Efficiency, and Commitment; Teamwork, Flexibility, Leadership, and Exemplary Conduct; Nonconformity and Customer Orientation** — guide every decision: we optimize resources, improve each process, and place the customer at the center — without losing the human touch that defines us. **Dulmatesa: growing with values, leading with commitment… and producing industrial pastry daily, delivered with quality and scale to millions of homes.** **Production Supervisor** ============================= **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Organize personnel assigned to your shift. * Verify compliance with production schedules. * Resolve on-line incidents. * Coordinate with other departments. * Supervise correct application of procedures. * Receive and transmit necessary information during shift changes to ensure continuity of the production process and production planning, clearly communicating relevant incidents to the incoming or outgoing Shift Supervisor. * Monitor control points (CP) and critical points (HACCP). * Comply with and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Quality regulations, identifying and correcting any behavior inconsistent with those regulations — whether involving internal staff or subcontractors. * Promote and use personal protective equipment (PPE), setting an example by performing work safely. * Comply with and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hygiene policies. * Comply with and ensure compliance with all company policies applicable to your position. **Profile:** ----------- * Education related to the food industry or similar field. * Minimum demonstrable experience of **1 year in supervisory roles on the shop floor**, performing tasks similar to those described. * Experience with **SAP** and Microsoft Office suite is desirable. * Organized, rigorous, proactive individual with strong communication skills. **What We Offer:** --------------------- Permanent contract: We invest in long-term employment relationships. **Full-time rotating shifts: Morning \- Afternoon \- Night** **Compensation**: fixed salary \+ variable salary \+ allowances (night work, holidays, Saturday, and Sunday).
