Working at various client premises We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning tasks at client premises located in Avilés. Duties include cleaning furniture, floors, bathrooms, dining areas, and common areas, as well as operating machinery such as scrubber-dryers, sweepers, and floor polishers. Applicants must hold an IPT (Individual Placement and Training) certificate or a disability certificate of 33% or higher, have their own vehicle, and possess flexible availability. A temporary contract is offered to cover sick leave absence, with a part-time schedule of 37 hours per week, distributed between morning and afternoon shifts from 8:00 to 19:00 according to the roster. The salary complies with the Collective Agreement for the Building and Facility Cleaning Sector.
