Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Technician to manage, supervise, and coordinate safety activities on industrial construction sites, including inspections and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of safety and risk prevention in industrial construction projects. 2. Supervision and development of safety plans and preventive documentation. 3. Active participation in occupational health and safety (OHS) training and on-site control. At **COSERMO**, an engineering company specializing in in-house manufacturing, industrial assembly, and maintenance services, we are looking for an **Occupational Health and Safety Technician** to join our **Construction Site** team for a project located in the **Central Area of Asturias**. **Immediate hiring**. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Team management. * Supervision and preparation of safety plans and site documentation management. * Attendance at coordination meetings. * Conducting periodic on-site inspections. * Communicating relevant preventive information to the organizational structure, as well as reporting outcomes of preventive actions. * Reviewing and controlling occupational health and safety documentation to ensure its availability. * Supervising internal safety and health training programs, including site-specific, plant-specific, and equipment-specific training. **What qualifications do we expect?** * Intermediate or Advanced Technician in Occupational Health and Safety. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an OHS Technician in industrial facilities. * Valid driver’s license. **Selection Process:** * HR interview (maximum 30 minutes) * Final interview with OHS and HR teams
