This unit operates at the regional level (Andalusia and Extremadura). **Your Responsibilities** For Specialized High-Voltage Maintenance tasks, you will be responsible for preparing, executing, and supervising protection and telecontrol work on the high-voltage network, as well as monitoring/supervising special plans arising from renewal/improvement/innovation initiatives in protection and telecontrol systems. You will operate autonomously in performing the functions detailed below, requiring supervision within your unit only for highly complex cases. Detailed responsibilities include: * Planning, executing, and supervising protection and telecontrol maintenance tasks in accordance with established maintenance criteria. * Analyzing incidents occurring on the high-voltage network, identifying root causes, proposing corrective actions, and participating in national and international forums. * Performing calculations, parameterization, and commissioning of protection equipment from various approved manufacturers. * Configuring, replacing, and commissioning telecontrol equipment from various approved manufacturers. * Conducting necessary laboratory tests and trials to develop new functionalities for protection and telecontrol equipment, configuring equipment prior to shipment to site, and testing/correcting field-detected issues. * Managing fault response and providing support to regional teams. * Managing materials required for various functions. * Actively participating in field pilot projects involving newly approved equipment. **What Is Required?** The following **essential requirements** must be met to perform this role: * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent * **Soft Digital Skills:** Knowledge Networking, Problem Solving, Digital Awareness, Data and Device Security * **Competencies:** Results orientation, emotional intelligence and teamwork spirit, entrepreneurship, agility and continuous improvement * **Digital Competencies:** Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Teams * **Technical Knowledge:** Technical knowledge aligned with the required degree; familiarity with distribution business and high-voltage (HV), medium-voltage (MV), and low-voltage (LV) installations; BIM project design knowledge * **Languages:** Intermediate English **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Selection Process** For us, diversity and inclusion are essential in our daily operations; therefore, in our selection processes, we always consider all individuals who express interest and possess the profile we seek.
