




Job Summary: We are seeking an educational assistant to provide socio-educational support and health-related accompaniment to individuals with severe mental disorders, promoting healthy habits and personal autonomy. Assistance with daily basic needs We seek an educational assistant to work in Avilés (Asturias), delivering socio-educational support and health-related accompaniment to individuals with severe mental disorders during their recovery process. Duties include supporting the lead professional in promoting healthy habits and disease prevention, fostering personal autonomy, providing emotional and social support, and meeting daily basic needs. A minimum qualification of Social Integration Technician or equivalent vocational training related to care services is required. A valid Class B1 driving license and residency in the municipality where the work is carried out are also mandatory. Prior experience working with vulnerable adults—particularly those with severe mental disorders—is highly valued. Desired personal competencies include adaptability, initiative, assertiveness, motivation, and empathy, as well as basic computer skills such as data and text processing. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract, full-time shifts (morning and afternoon) from Monday to Sunday. Immediate start is required, and salary complies with the III Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention.
