At **M10 Construcciones**, we are looking to hire a **Construction Administrator** to support the economic and administrative management of our construction projects. We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with an interest in the construction sector who wishes to grow within a technical team. Main Responsibilities * Economic monitoring of assigned projects. * Monthly project financial closing in coordination with the Site Manager. * Management and control of project-related administrative documentation. * Review of invoices and proformas. * Verification of supplier and subcontractor invoices. * Support in preparing and monitoring budgets and measurements. Requirements * Administrative profile with interest in the construction sector. * Ability to organize and track documentation. * Proficiency with computer tools. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge or experience with **Presto or Arquímedes**.
