We seek to incorporate into our **Issuance** team a professional passionate about digital environments, multi-country coordination, and continuous improvement—who can help us evolve our sales assets and deliver differentiated service to our countries and partners. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** -------------------------------- You will serve as the **functional reference** for our digital sales assets, leading key initiatives for their evolution, implementation, and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will include: * Acting as the **functional reference** for MAWDY’s deployed digital sales assets, advising and supporting our countries and identifying areas for improvement. * Understanding the needs of our 23 countries and translating them into clear, prioritizable **functional requirements**. * Collaborating with various internal departments (actuarial, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure an integrated view of the issuance process. * Collaborating with technology teams to define the roadmap for our digital sales assets, ensuring alignment with business strategy. * Leading **functional projects and market deployments**, coordinating stakeholders with varying levels of digital maturity. * Facilitating requirement workshops, functional design sessions, demos, and training. **What Are the Requirements?** ------------------------------- * **Education:** University degree in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent experience in the industry. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in the insurance sector, preferably in issuance or distribution processes, and accustomed to working in multi-country or multicultural environments. Experience in technological evolution projects. Agile project participation will be valued. * **Knowledge:** + High level of English (C1\) + Positively valued: - * REEF corporate ecosystem, especially NEWTRON. * Functional management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or other tools applied to functional management. * Basic concepts regarding APIs, integrations, and digital workflows. * **Skills:** + Digital mindset and participation in technological evolution projects. + Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to operate in global environments. + Interest in assuming new challenges and responsibilities. + Organization, flexibility, proactivity, and analytical capability.
