Resolve technical incidents in the building We are seeking a building maintenance technician in Oviedo (Asturias). Duties include performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for basic electrical and plumbing repairs, as well as other trades. The role also involves supervising the condition of facilities and equipment, and resolving technical incidents in the building. Professional training in Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance, is required for this position. Prior experience in a similar role and a valid Class B driving license are mandatory. Experience in healthcare centers or residential facilities will be especially valued. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with a gross monthly salary of 1\.424 euros.
