The job primarily involves the maintenance and cleaning of various residential communities, as well as offices and other local premises, ensuring all areas meet perfect standards of hygiene and order. Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential for this position, enabling efficient performance of daily tasks. Additionally, a valid driver's license is required to travel between different work sites. Employment will be formalized through an indefinite full-time contract. Remuneration will comply with the Collective Agreement for Building and Premises Cleaning Companies of the Principality.
