Main duties include preparing products according to house standards, handling ingredients and performing mise en place, maintaining cleanliness and order of utensils and the work area, and complying with food safety regulations. A minimum of six months' experience is required, along with basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Employment conditions include an indefinite full-time contract, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours distributed from Wednesday to Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for Hospitality and Related Sectors of the Principality of Asturias.
