If you have experience and are seeking an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this position is perfect for you! We are seeking a Cook for collective catering to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Shift pattern: short week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) / long week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday), from 8:00 to 20:00 (with corresponding break). * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering. * Duration: temporary replacement for sick leave (IT). * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Become part of a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
