We are seeking a bakery assistant to support bakery and pastry production in a mechanized workshop, maintain cleanliness, and occasionally perform delivery tasks.

We are looking for a bakery assistant for a part-time, temporary contract based on business needs. The working schedule is 32 hours per week, distributed across Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
Main responsibilities include supporting bakery and pastry production in a mechanized workshop under the supervision of a production manager. This involves preparing ingredients, kneading dough, shaping products, and baking, as well as maintaining workshop cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations. Occasionally, delivery and customer product handover tasks will also be performed using a company vehicle, requiring direct interaction with customers.
Full availability to work weekends and starting from July is required, along with punctuality, responsibility, and strict hygiene standards. Prior bakery experience is not mandatory but will be viewed positively, as will vocational training in bakery and pastry. A valid driver's license B and driving experience will also be valued. The base salary will comply with the applicable collective agreement, with extra payments prorated across twelve monthly installments.
