Your ability to anticipate their needs, maintain order at the reception area, and coordinate with other departments will directly contribute to delivering a seamless and high-quality experience. Your attention to detail and dedication to service will make a difference in every interaction. . **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Assisting with Check-in and Check-out procedures, ensuring efficient arrival and departure processes for guests. * Providing information about internal and external services, addressing guest requests. * Billing and collecting payments for products and services consumed by guests. * Managing and filing consumption records, as well as preparing documentation for arrivals the following day. * Coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to address guest requests and incidents. * Managing the reception archive, answering phone calls, and handling payment tracking, invoices, and cash register reconciliation. **What do we expect from you?** * Previous experience in similar roles within the hotel industry will be valued, although what matters most to us is your willingness to learn and grow in this professional environment. * Positive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team. * Commitment to quality and the values of Landmar Hotels **Who are we?** Landmar Hotels is a Canary Islands-based hotel chain located in southern Tenerife, founded with the purpose of transforming vacations into memorable experiences.
