




Job Summary: Daily operations coordinator responsible for scheduling, workforce sizing control, and fleet management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to apply fleet and incident management skills. **MISSION:** You will act as the liaison between the Canary Islands site manager and the staff to coordinate daily operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in schedule preparation, proposing solutions for adjustments due to: justified absences, sick leaves, new hires, vacations, holidays, etc. * Control workforce sizing according to workload volume. * Supervise petty cash closing and expense report filing. * Fleet management: monitoring and supervision of our vehicle fleet status and incidents. * Address potential customer and collaborator incidents. * Track the administrative process for requesting and approving/rejecting vacations, leaves of absence, justified absences, permits, personal matters, and similar requests. **REQUIREMENTS** * Vocational training (Administration and Finance / Logistics and Transport); a university degree is desirable. * More than 4 years of experience in similar positions (Administrative Officer, Workshop Manager, Team Leader, Controller). * Ability to self-organize, anticipate needs, and prioritize tasks. * Problem-solving mindset. * Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, formulas). Desirable experience in similar sectors: Roadside assistance, car rental, workshops.
