COMPOSITING SUPERVISOR

**Compositing Supervisor – Tenerife** At 22DOGS, we are passionate about creating world\-class visual effects and fostering a collaborative, creative environment. We are currently looking for an experienced Compositing Supervisor to join our Tenerife team. This is a key leadership position for someone ready to guide a team of artists, ensure technical and artistic excellence, and contribute to the continued development of our 2D department. **Job Description** The Compositing Supervisor plays a central role in overseeing the creative and technical direction of the compositing team. Working closely with the VFX Supervisor, CG Supervisor, and Producer, they ensure the successful delivery of high\-quality shots that meet both client expectations and 22DOGS’ artistic standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver, able to balance creative vision with production realities. They will lead a motivated team of compositors, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship while driving continuous improvement in workflows and processes. **This position can begin remotely, with the intention of relocating to Tenerife once established in the role.** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the compositing team throughout all project stages, ensuring quality and consistency. * Collaborate with production to plan, bid, and schedule work. * Assign tasks to team members according to skill level and experience. * Conduct regular internal reviews and lead client\-facing review sessions. * Solve complex artistic and technical compositing challenges. * Maintain close collaboration with other VFX departments to ensure seamless integration of all project elements. * Oversee and contribute to 2D pipeline development and long\-term departmental goals. * Foster a positive, creative, and productive team environment. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Proven experience in a senior or supervisory compositing role within film, TV, or commercials. * Expert knowledge of Nuke and familiarity with other compositing software. * Strong understanding of film VFX pipelines, color management (OCIO), and photography principles. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Fluent in English (spoken and written). * Strong problem\-solving abilities under pressure.
