At Capgemini’s **Agile Delivery Center**, we are looking for a **Java Spring Boot Developer** to join a specialized team focused on agile and cloud-native software development for European clients. You will participate in a long-term project for a leading European client, working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and international environment, with a focus on modern technologies and sound development practices. **What will be your role?** ---------------------- * You will participate in the design and development of backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot. * You will collaborate with international teams in agile environments. * You will contribute to the evolution of microservices-based architectures. * You will work across all phases of the software lifecycle. * You will participate in defining and improving development best practices and code quality. * You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and collaborate on technical decisions within the team. * You will be part of a modern technology environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation. **Your profile** ------------- To feel comfortable in this role, it is important that you have: #### **Mandatory requirements** * **At least 3 years’ experience** in software development with Java. * Solid experience with **Spring Boot**. * Knowledge of **microservices-based architectures**. * Experience working with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Experience with **Git and CI/CD tools** (GitLab, Jenkins or similar). * Strong **communication and teamwork skills**. * **B2-level English or higher**, required for working in an international environment. #### **Desirable requirements** * Knowledge of **French**. * Experience with **J2EE application servers** (WebLogic or similar). * Knowledge of **REST, SOAP, and HTTP**. * Experience with **databases**: PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, or Oracle. * Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes**. * Knowledge of **cloud environments**, especially **AWS**. * Experience collaborating on **technical decisions or supporting** other team members. **We value all applications and offer in-person, online, and certification-based training.
