Generation of reports and critical documentation **Description:** ---------------- Join our team at the Service Control Center and participate in managing key service processes, leading client meetings, coordinating technical teams, overseeing incidents, and generating reports and critical documentation for our clients—with flexible hours and remote work options. **Main Responsibilities** * ITIL Process Controller working with multiple clients and, in some cases, acting as process owner * Monitoring of incidents, requests, and problems * Coordination and prioritization of technical activities * Generation of reports and procedure documentation * Support in configuration management and final client documentation * Delivery of internal and external training courses **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 4 years of experience in ITIL process control * Knowledge of ticketing, documentation, and CMDB tools * Ability to lead meetings and coordinate teams **Desirable Requirements** * ITIL certification * Proactivity, problem-solving skills, organization, and teamwork * Good spoken and written English proficiency * Higher Vocational Training (FP II) in IT or similar; university degree in IT is recommended **What We Offer?** * Work Mode: Remote work * Schedule: Two full days (08:00\-13:30 and 14:30\-18:30\) or three mornings (07:30\-14:30\) * Permanent contract with Infortec Consultores * 23 paid vacation days * Salary to be determined If you're interested, apply now!
