DESCRIPTION You will work on improving and maintaining critical processes that directly impact business operations (payroll, tenders, social initiatives, etc.). A stable, Agile environment focused on technical quality and automation. ### **Conditions** * **Permanent contract** * **Workplace:** Madrid (south zone) * **Work mode:** Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week onsite) * **Working hours:** * Flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00 * Mon & Thu: 8h (1h lunch break) * Tue & Wed: 9h (1h lunch break) * Fri: 6h * **Summer schedule:** 8:00 to 15:00 * **Salary:** Based on professional experience. €30,000–€35,000 gross/year. **Your Responsibilities** ------------- * Maintenance and enhancement of batch processes in AIX/Unix/Linux environments. * Development and optimization of shell scripts in Linux. * Control and organization of directories and files generated by critical processes. * Continuous analysis and improvement of key processes (payroll, delays, productivity, etc.). * Work in an Agile environment with version control using Git.
