Data analysis to improve user experience and conversion We are looking for an E\-Commerce Associate to join the company's e-commerce channel management team, optimizing digital presence and contributing to the growth and profitability of the online business. The selected candidate will participate in the operational management of eCommerce platforms, maintenance of the digital catalog, and data analysis to enhance user experience and conversion. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate eCommerce platforms (Magento and Site\-Core or similar) to ensure proper functionality and alignment with business objectives. * Build, maintain, and optimize the online catalog using Akeneo PIM, ensuring product information quality and up-to-date accuracy. * Support eCommerce KPI analysis and monitoring by preparing reports and analyses using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. * Manage technical incidents and operational improvements on platforms via Jira. * Coordinate with marketing, procurement, IT, and customer service teams to optimize user experience and online channel performance. * Automate and optimize processes using Excel for efficient database management and product documentation. * Support implementation of SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility. * Collaborate on international projects, including website migration initiatives and digital presence enhancement. * Provide support in CMS management, participating in banner and landing page creation for campaigns. **Tools and Technologies** * Akeneo PIM * Magento and Prestashop * Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager * Jira * ERP * Excel (intermediate\-advanced level) **Requirements** Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms (Magento and/or Akeneo). * Experience building and maintaining online catalogs. * Experience in eCommerce data analysis and KPI tracking. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Problem-solving ability and decision-making capability. **Languages** * Native or advanced Spanish. * English at B1 level or higher. **Conditions** * Salary: €22,000 gross annually, paid in 14 installments (bonuses in June and December). * Contract: Full-time. * Vacation: 24 working days \+ December 24 \+ December 31 \+ birthday leave. * Meal card: €94.50 per month for 11 months. * Training and professional development opportunities within the company.
