BNP Paribas Personal Finance has 20,000 employees serving over 20 million customers. **ABOUT THE POSITION** ------------------- MISSION The team’s mission is to accelerate strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, expert data management, and direct alignment with business needs. This includes designing and automating tailored reporting for each stakeholder, supporting analytical teams in generating value, and acting as a bridge between business and technology to ensure efficient, traceable, and corporately aligned solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the design, development, and maintenance of reporting and dashboards (Tableau) * Collaborate on documenting and standardizing the data dictionary, KPI definitions, business rules, and data lineage. * Maintain up-to-date documentation as a prerequisite for PRO deployment * Support the team in collaborating with business units, analytical teams, and Central (and other hubs) to align requirements, roadmaps, and standards * Assist in preparing the report portfolio REQUIREMENTS * Education Business Administration and Management (ADE), Statistics, Business Studies, Mathematics, or related degrees * Experience No prior experience required * Languages Spanish COMPETENCIES * Technical * Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel * Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python is a plus * Cross-functional & Behavioral * Proactivity * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Ability to identify and resolve problems and propose solutions. **BENEFITS** * Hybrid remote work model. * One vacation day per month worked (subject to duration stipulated in the university agreement).
