You will join one of our **development teams**, taking on the role of **Technical Product Owner**. You will be responsible for **aligning business vision with technological reality**, ensuring that the development team has the necessary information, clarity, and focus to build robust technical solutions—always aligned with product architecture and business objectives. ### **What will you do daily?** * Participate in the **definition and review of architecture**, data models, APIs, and integrations with external systems. * Analyze **technical requirements** and assess their impact on existing platforms, components, and roadmaps. * Define and **prioritize user stories and product features**. * Create and maintain the **product roadmap**, aligning customer needs with business goals. * Collaborate closely with **development teams** to ensure correct understanding and implementation of requirements. * Plan and track **project progress**, adjusting priorities as needed. * Facilitate **communication and collaboration** among technical teams, business stakeholders, and other parties. * Manage **client relationships**, ensuring satisfaction with the final product. * Participate in the **planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**. * Provide **ongoing support and training** to development teams and clients when required. ### **Requirements** #### **Must have** * Minimum **2 years’ experience as a Product Owner** or in a similar role within software development teams. * Experience working with **technical teams in modern environments** (Node, Java, Python, etc.), without requiring coding skills. * Experience in **eCommerce projects with complex integrations** (ERP, CRM, external vendors, payment gateways, etc.). * Experience in **defining and prioritizing user stories**. * Basic knowledge of **project management tools**, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. * Ability to **identify, evaluate, and manage project risks**. * Skill in **managing multiple projects and priorities** effectively. * Excellent **organizational skills and attention to detail**. * Experience in **client and stakeholder management**. * Solid understanding of **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). * Strong **communication and leadership skills**, with ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. #### **Nice to have** * Experience or knowledge of **Node.js and/or Vue.js**. * Demonstrated ability to understand **software architectures, REST APIs, microservices, and databases**. * Experience in **economic-financial project management**. * Experience in **team training and development**. * Technical programming knowledge or prior development experience to facilitate communication with technical profiles. **What we offer** * Hybrid office attendance model. * Private health insurance. * Access to Wellhub for physical and mental wellbeing. * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, etc.). * 28 vacation days per year. * Three weeks per year of full remote work. * Career development plan tailored to your professional interests. * Access to certifications (Google, Salesforce, Adobe). * Technological training programs (Jxpert). * Technology solution testing lab (Jlab). * Language training **Company Overview** We are an ecosystem designed to bring talent and innovative solutions together to drive value for organizations, people, and society.
