We don’t need another boss—we need someone who solves problems. **What You’ll Do** * Supervise daily office operations * Manage suppliers, supplies, and maintenance * Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and travel * Supervise administrative staff (reception, assistants) * Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations * Prepare management reports for leadership * Manage office budgets and expense control * Support the organization of internal events and client meetings **What We’re Looking For** **Requirements:** * 4+ years of experience in administration, office management, or team/process management * Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field * Experience supervising staff or processes * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and **Google Workspace** * Organizational and problem-solving skills * Professional communication skills in Spanish and English * Work authorization in Spain Salary: €30,000.00–€44,000.00 per year Work Location: Periodic travel
