At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a **Continuous Improvement Manager** for an agri-food company. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze and investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformities. * Identify root causes using structured methodologies. * Define and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Standardize processes and develop operating procedures. * Coordinate with various organizational departments to implement improvements. * Monitor actions using control indicators. * Identify improvement opportunities and promote organizational changes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Organization, or related field. * Prior experience in continuous improvement, quality, or industrial environments. * Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.). * Analytical ability and orientation toward processes and results. * Experience working with data and indicators. * Coordination skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments. * Proactivity and capacity to drive organizational change. **What does the company offer?** * Join a project with direct impact on process improvement. * A dynamic environment focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. * Opportunities for professional development in quality and operations. * Active participation in decision-making and organizational optimization. * Salary: approx. 30\-35K
