Responsibilities: * Operate and support the production process, collaborating with various operations along the chain and assisting the team throughout the production cycle. * Perform quality controls, identifying errors or deviations in products before production completion. * Maintain the proper functioning of plant equipment and facilities. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities. * Verify the condition of equipment and materials, ensuring correct operation and immediately reporting any incidents. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, appropriately managing waste generated during the shift. * Comply with and supervise safety measures, reporting any anomalies on-site and adhering to established regulations. * Ensure appropriate environmental management, controlling waste, discharges, emissions, and promoting practices of reduction, reuse, and energy savings. * Manage and maintain environmental documentation, including waste records, environmental incidents, drills, and deviations from the Management System. * Support internal logistics, using the forklift for proper material placement and collaborating in stock control, green points, SLOBs, and safe storage of hazardous waste. **Is this job right for you?** If you have: * Experience as a factory operator * Recent forklift operator experience within the last 3 years in the industrial sector, with a valid forklift license * Knowledge of industrial maintenance (valued) * Training in Electro\-Mechanics (valued) * Motivation to learn * Drive and proactivity * Versatility and dynamism * Open-mindedness * Strong interpersonal skills * Teamwork orientation **A bit more about us** "MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME — that is why we exist and what drives us.
