Position Summary: We are seeking a Harvesting Machine Supervisor to coordinate efficient and safe operation of harvesting machinery in the field, manage field personnel, and ensure operational continuity. To strengthen our harvesting team, we seek a Harvesting Machine Supervisor who will work across the company’s various farms, ensuring efficient and safe operation of harvesting machinery in the field, thereby coordinating proper and safe machinery functioning with production. We seek a candidate with at least two seasons’ experience managing field harvesting platforms, including management of platform personnel (harvesters, fixers, packers, and support staff). Key responsibilities include: \- Coordinating the mechanics team’s response to incidents and maintenance activities. \- Ensuring operational continuity of machinery by minimizing downtime and idle time. \- Guaranteeing compliance with current safety regulations governing machinery use. \- Managing machinery startup, shutdown, and preparation for transport and proper commissioning between different farms. \- Coordinating the team of personnel performing all roles on the machines.
