You must meet the established criteria for operating generating units and managing maintenance of generation units and their auxiliary equipment. At all times, you must safeguard the company’s objectives regarding safety, environment, availability, and any other goals set forth by the organization. You will support training programs for new hires and maintain a receptive attitude toward technologists visiting the plant, subsequently sharing knowledge with colleagues—both for operations and maintenance purposes. You will carry out operational and maintenance tasks and coordinate between them. You will also collaborate in staff training. **Your Responsibilities** Perform on-site maneuvers, inspections, and basic maintenance required to ensure proper system functionality at Type A power plants and Combined Cycle plants; at Type B power plants and Combined Cycle plants, perform control and monitoring operations of operating and control systems, supervising on-site maneuvers.
