**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman to carry out a training practice contract in Lugo. **Workplace** -------------------- * Lugo **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Manage and organize the construction project. * Organize human teams and machinery. * Assist in coordination with suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare progress reports (including plans and measurements). * Ensure work quality and performance. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process the supporting documents for the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Vocational Training Level I (FPI)/Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) or Vocational Training Level II (FPII)/Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS), or Professional Qualification Certificate at Level 2 or 3 in a specialty enabling performance of the job duties: Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, or Safety and Environment. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Ability to formalize a training contract for acquiring professional practice linked to the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a prior contract of this type linked to the same qualification have been formalized for more than 6 months). * Proficiency in field data collection and map management applications (e.g., ArcGIS Collector, ArcGIS Field Maps, SWMaps, Oruxmaps, IGN, Field Area Measure, Plannet, or similar). * Valid and current Spanish driving license type B. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional verifiable training in the agroforestry and civil engineering fields. * Occupational Health and Safety training. * Verifiable course in construction project management. * Additional verifiable training in surveying. * Additional verifiable training in GIS or cartography. * Drone Operator Certificate. * Phytosanitary Product Handler License. #### **Languages** * Galician Level: C1 ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 month up to 2 years’ experience in other roles within agroforestry or civil engineering projects (e.g., silvicultural treatments, earthworks, civil works, agricultural works, natural environment, fire prevention, landscaping, etc.) — work, academic, or both. * From 3 months up to 2 years’ experience in other roles involving team management — work, academic, or both. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable by another 6 months if applicable. If a training/practice contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be related to the duties of the advertised position, and the candidate must perform tasks appropriate to that qualification, thereby obtaining professional practice commensurate with their level of studies. + Full-time working hours.
